The turtle people are a group of swamp dwellers who revere Tier and who make their home in the centre of the Two Moons swamplands. Their leader, Thurl, lives in a hut in the centre of the island.

Politics

The turtle people are led by a leader who inherit their position. The leader is said to be heir to the magic of the turtle man Tier. The current leader is Thurl. Usually the leader's subjects will not cross the leader.
