Nell was a woman from Oltan. She was the wife of Hass and had a seven year old son. Nell lived about a thousand years before the time of King Lief of Deltora, when Deltora was ruled by Queen Adina.

Physical appearance

Nell had straw-coloured hair which she wore bundled into an untidy knot on top of her head when Rye first met her. She had lively hazel eyes. Although she was still young, her skin was weathered and creased by the wind and the sun. Her skin was sun-browned.
