Erin travelled from Broome to Del to be present at the Rosalyn Trust competition apprentice ceremony where Jewel, the girl she sponsored, was part of the competition. Erin, like everyone else present, witnessed Mab read Dare Larsett's recently discovered journal. She heard the truth about the King of Tier, who was in reality Mikah and how he had framed Dare Larsett to strengthen the lie and his hold over the Staff of Tier, which Erin describes as being an act of pure wickedness, glancing at Britta as she did so, and witnessed Britta named Apprentice to the Trader Rosalyn.[1] Erin later attended Dare Larsett's funeral and was among the last to leave, speaking with Jewel, Sky, Collin, Captain Hara and Vorn.

Like most women of Broome, Erin is tall and broad-shouldered, with a shaved head painted in swirling designs.[1]
Personality[]
Erin "lounged" in her seat while waiting for the ceremony, indicating she is a laid-back individual. She was amused by the unexpected events of the ceremony, but grew serious as Mab read Larsett's journal. Erin went so far as to express her contempt during Mab's reading for how Mikah had shamelessly left Dare Larsett's legacy to be dishonored by lies and his family disgraced.[1]
